1962年、栃木県今市市(現・日光市)生まれ。慶應義塾大学法学部政治学科ではバドミントン部キャプテンとして活躍。卒業後は住友銀行で法人営業を歴任し、31歳で多摩大学大学院にてMBAを取得、経営コンサルタントとして独立。その後、人事部門で人材開発・組織開発に携わり、とりわけ若手社会人の育成に力を注いできた。これまで関わってきた社員数は延べ1,200名を超える。
Born in 1962 in Imaichi, now Nikko. He captained the badminton club at Keio University's Faculty of Law, worked in corporate sales at Sumitomo Bank, earned an MBA at 31, and became an independent management consultant. He has since worked deeply in HR, talent development, and organizational development, supporting more than 1,200 employees in total.

Born in Guangzhou in 1967, Vivian represented Hong Kong's junior badminton team and later moved to New York at 19. She studied Asian Studies and International Relations at NYU, worked in overseas PR and finance, and later moved into education as a public school teacher, principal, and school founder in Seattle.

We have asked VT Company for new-hire training across more than three cohorts, as well as training for our department heads. We can cover skills and knowledge in-house, but their training flips the motivation switch in people, and the impact on management thinking and culture building has been remarkable. Doing everything internally would be ideal, yet they showed us how important it is to move forward together with outside professionals.
